John also owns the SERVPRO of Perry Hall/White Marsh location, and has over 80 5-star reviews. He has owned SERVPRO of Perry Hall/White Marsh since 2001.

Debbie Rappazzo is new the Owner of SERVPRO Sparrows Point / Essex / Chase, and is John Rappazzo’s Wife of 30+ years. Debbie is responsible for overseeing the office, crew dispatch as well as the accounting department.

Stephanie Rappazzo is an assistant general manager at SERVPRO of Sparrows Point / Essex / Chase. Steph completed a 3 weeklong training program at SERVPRO Corporate back in 2017. She is involved in every department and is a key contact between the customer, our office, and the insurance companies. Stephanie takes pride in her work and is always making sure each and every job is completed to the SERVPRO® standards.
