Water Damaged Fitness Center in Rosedale, MD

Water damaged gym in Rosedale Maryland experienced leaking pipe. As you can see, the water effected a huge area, and caused the ceiling to crumble. The water also got into the baseboard and became trapped between the drywall and the metal paneling you see halfway up the wall. SERVPRO was called to the scene that morning and got to work. After moving gym equipment, metal wall paneling the water on the floor was extracted, dried, and treated for mold prevention. Advanced professional drying equipment such as Air movers and large capacity dehumidifiers were set in place. Once the facility was completely dry, gym patrons were able to safely return to the gym.
