Water Damaged Hallway in Essex Maryland

This flooded hallway is the result of a toilet tank overflow in Essex Maryland. Notice how wet the carpet is? Each room along this hallway was effected by the toilet overflow flood and each room needed water extraction and carpet removal to allow for proper drying. After careful monitoring of humidity and drying levels, we were able to shut off equipment after 3 days. From there we ordered new carpet which was installed, along with the baseboard once the carpet made it to our warehouse. The customer was thrilled with the quick turn around time and we have since become their go-to carpet cleaner as well as water damage clean up service!
